Building this cell

Hello,

I want to build this cell, and need some help. From all the posts you have, I believe you are the right person to ask.

This cell produces pure Hydrogen Correct?

I want to put Hydrogen generators on all my cars, and want to start with a 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser. It has a 4.5 L fuel injected engine.

I have hear (or read) that according to BB you need 1/4 to 1/2 LPM of HHO per Liter of engine displacement. Is that true for pure Hydrogen too?

I want to build the cell with titanium plates. I saw a video were the cell is a 4X4 and had a -nnn+nnn- setup, where only the negative plates were titanium. Have you seen this.

I have seen the plans on the Panacea University's web page, but have some questions.

I would greatly appreciate you help.

YES, electrodes should last the life of the membranes according to Bill

Not known yet my friend i would not go over 20 amps, experiment with 15 first We will have Bills done by Jan and will try and compare, every car is different so i would start with 15 amps and go to 20 and see how you go, any probs let me know

Okay man as of today i dont know any where YET to get Bill's as a kit, but you can source the kit parts for a dry cells splitter from here

Same concept,they just use different membrane separators, (silkscreen) where Bill uses Nylon Gaskets.Check out the Video's there,Reg has done well to explain them from scratch also, any probs or Q's let me know.

Although I am starting from scratch with the physical pieces I have been on the boards for months. I even have spoken to BB on the phone.

I saw that you were on this forum and decided it would be easier to have a normal conversation with out all the interference from the rebel rousers on Hydroxy and Water Car.

I probably have seen every video and website that relates to building a unit. I have come to the conclusion that there was a certain progression to the types of units out there. First there was the mason jar, then water purifiers, then Plexiglas boxes, all of which were immersion type, then came "dry cell" with everyone trying to increase production.

I didn't want to get into the changing of electronics of the on board computers. Although the Vovo chip seams to be a good one.

I finally decided that the progression will probably stabilize with the dry cell and titanium plates. As a aftermarket fuel enhancer I think the production rates we will get from these units will be sufficient to increase the mileage and performance to an acceptable level.

The golden goose I will leave others to chase and plan on concentrating my efforts to a highly dependable unit that my customers will be very happy with.

I plan to track every one of my units sold and warranty them. I will also offer a rebuild for the unit at a discounted price.

Density of the EPDM

Hey Ash,

I found a local (USA) distributor for the materials but need to know the density of the foam.

It comes in three types...

Extra Soft Foam
4-8 lbs./cu. ft. 2-5 (25% Deflection)
Soft Foam
4-8 lbs./cu. ft. 5-9 (25% Deflection)
Firm Foam
7-11 lbs./cu. ft. 9-13 (25% Deflection)


Which would be best?


Also, is Bill encouraging people to build this or am I using copyrighted stuff..

Convert HHO to H2

@Ash,

A while back I came across a user on youtube.com, named myhydrogencar and also regpye from Australia, are these the same guys?

I ordered their plans for separation cells, it was a bit expensive, the CD cost me $80 and inside were only low quality images of the plates, so... I was a "bit" disappointed, but nonetheless I did determine how they do their separation with membranes made from a silkscreening material, and special shims to reinforce the ports.

I want to convert my HHO setup... maybe it's just me but I've lost my faith in HHO, honestly... with plasma cutters out nowadays.... the last real use is kind of "dead". That is, cutting. It saved me diesel in my truck but there is SO much more I could do with pure hydrogen, and replacing propane is high on my list. With 1300 watts of solar (often completely wasted to a full bank), I could be collecting hydrogen, instead of wishing HHO compression was a reality, cause it's definitely not.

I'll look into this.

I got a nice little setup I want to convert, and actually it's about to grow from 21 plates to 58-61 (12v growing up to a 110v)

One more thing. What are your thoughts of running home made solar panels @ 4v (LOTS of amps) - wiring them specially for Electrolysis / Realtime through the PWM as opposed to producing say using 17v, running through a charge controller, then charging a bank - then utilizing 12.6v across cells that involve neutral plates etc... etc.. all to end up with ~1.75-2.3v per cell... What about the concept of throwing live solar voltage right at the cells (read in LARGE cells) ... single stacks in parallel. No neutral plates = 0 current leakage. End plate / pos plate / membrane / neg plate. Get your 316L in available 12" x 12" - no expensive water cutting. With an inline current meter, a small board would open relays to the "permitted" number of cells, as to not spread the current out too thin.

Or does it make any difference.

I don't know.

Yes know them both well my friend,just filmed an emissions test for them and are making a video or them,Bill helped them also , Reg and Peter work together and now have a three tank system which seems to be holing up okay. As far as i know they will be sending u one to test this year.

Okay check out the UPDATE on their site my friend, they have an improved 3 way system,yeah you need laser cutting for the silkscreen sadly, bill's will use Nylon and needs no laser cutting i think.

Now that is a cool looking cell and use of the PC tower man

Yes but make sure its a splitter and SAFE, Peter is using solar now i think .Will check him for ideas . Say hi to George for us, we met him at Nexus,he is a real nice guy and supportive of our work,was really nice to talk to .

This unit would work well with Solar.

I cant see any prob with your solar ideas, but again we are leaning towards HYDROGEN (GSC) not hydroxy,soi guessthe Million dollar Q is. If we use a stack with your solar idea for a GSC,is it going to give us the same benefit with hydroxy (sameamps)
